Test of the Metal-binding Site Evaluator

• Filename MUST have the extension ".pdb"
• You MUST use a valid PDB file, i.e. one that clearly labels the heterogroups and heteroatoms
• There are but few error checks in this prototype, so a PDB file without metals, or with metals incorrectly labelled as ATOM (instead of HETATM), will result in no sites being found (as expected)
• This indexing requires you to upload a PDB file, just using a PDB id is not enough.
